A new way of letting Housing Association and Council homes in Devon, called Devon Home Choice is being introduced countywide on the 10th December. It WILL REPLACE Homefinder Torbay, and the last Homefinder advert on 22nd January 2010. The fortnightly advert WILL NO LONGER appearing in the Herald Express from this date.

In future it will be available every Wednesday from the Connections office in Torquay, and other Council Offices in Paignton & Brixham, the Devon Home Choice Website, Riviera Housing Trust, and the Westcountry Housing Association office in Torquay.

If you are currently on the Torbay Homefinder register your basic information will be transferred to Devon Home Choice and we will be writing to all existing applicants shortly with a new reference number at which time you will be able to check your details.

You must re-register if you want to place bids from 22nd January 2010.
