Sometimes applicants find themselves in
such severe living conditions that they have no option but to move straight
away. In these circumstances an emergency card may be issued.

The decision as to whether an 'emergency'
card will be given will be taken by at least three
representatives of Homefinder Torbay. |

The 'emergency' card will give you
priority over all other banded applicants and is valid for 1
month. If you don't use it during that time your case will
be looked at again and a decision taken as to whether to
allow you more time or to place you in another band. |
