To be included in this band you must meet
one of the following conditions:
A council within the Homefinder
Torbay area has agreed that you're statutorily homeless
through no fault of your own, or that you are threatened
with homelessness.
You've been given a combination of a
medium priority medical and a medium disrepair priority by a
housing surveyor.
Your family needs at least two
or more bedrooms than it has now.
You need two or more bedrooms and live in
a bedsit but share a kitchen and bathroom with people who
are not part of your family.
You live within the Homefinder Torbay
area and are being harassed in you present home and can give
us evidence of this from the police or someone else who is
professionally involved.
You've been given a high
medical priority.
You live in private rented
accommodation that has been declared by an environmental
health officer, or other expert, as being in a high state of
disrepair.
You're already a tenant of a Homefinder
Torbay partner but you don't use one or more bedrooms in
your present home and want to moved to a smaller one.
